Before going through Razer Support, I would recommend the following. Note that to ensure your Razer 'cloud' profile is not corrupt, these instructions include steps to use / set up a new account OR have Support wipe your existing one. Simply re-installing Synapse without going through the following steps will likely NOT fix your problem. Go to Add/Remove Programs in Windows and uninstall all Razer Software (2 & 3) as well as Razer Chroma SDK. Reboot.

Open Windows Services and check to make sure that if there are any stray Razer services left that that they are stopped (stop them if they are not). The one time it happened to me, it was because I was using both my Mac and my Windows machine on the same Synapse cloud account. The Mac apparently puts in information into the profile that messes with Windows.

So if I set or made any profile changes on the Mac, the next time I logged in on Windows it would be pooched. I now have separate Synapse accounts for the Mac and Windows. LOL The second time it happened. I was trying to use the audio keyboard visualizer tool on Windows.

For whatever reason, running that tool completely messed up my Synapse install and my cloud profile. Haven't tried to use the audio keyboard visualizer since.Good luck.
